LIFEWORK is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician (contract yearly) for our Bayan Lepas plant. You will perform quality control testing, prepare laboratory materials, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and 6S standards.

The role requires a diploma in Chemical/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Bioprocess Engineering or related field, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. Fresh graduates may apply; exposure to lab operations and problem-solving is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Bioprocess Engineering or related field.
• Strong attention to details and high-sensitivity handling chemicals.
• Proficient in understanding test analysis.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality control testing and record results.
• Prepare plates and reagents for testing on a weekly schedule.
• Operate laboratory instruments and assist in troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep the production area clean.
• Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with 6S and safety standards.
