Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC focused inspector to perform inline inspections across production and packing lines in a food & beverage facility. The role requires maintaining records and ensuring compliance with quality criteria.

Fresh graduates or those with QA/QC experience in food manufacturing are welcome, with willingness to work shifts and travel as needed to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Fresh graduate or experience in QA/QC for food & beverage manufacturing.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inline inspection on all production and packing processes.
• Ensure criteria are met and records maintained.
• Check operators use equipment and materials properly and effectively.
• Report defects or non-conformances to supervisor.
• Investigate causes of defects during production and packing.
• Monitor personal hygiene and cleanliness of areas and equipment.

Carry out in-line inspection on all process (production & packing) and ensure that all criteria are met and record maintained

Ensure production operator are utilizing equipment and materials properly and effectively

Report all discovered defects or non-conformance to direct superior

Investigate cause of defects that occurs during process (production & packing)

Monitor personal hygiene of production operator

Monitor the cleanliness of production area, packing area and all equipment

Requirement

Well-verse of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Fresh graduate or experiences in QA/QC environment performing inspection for food and beverage manufacturing.

Willingness to work shift, extra hours or travel to complete company task when need arises.
