Job summary

Japan Air Filter Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a QC Inspector in Malaysia to perform IQC, UV, and final inspections according to SOPs and product specifications. The role requires recording results, identifying non-conformances, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Minimum 2 years' experience in QC inspection in a manufacturing setting is preferred, with familiarity in measuring equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a QC Inspector.
• Experience in incoming, in-process and final product inspection is preferred.
• Familiar with basic measuring and inspection equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to understand and follow SOPs, work instructions, drawings and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IQC inspection for extrusion products/materials.
• Conduct UV inspection upon completion of production.
• Conduct final inspection and vacuum pad inspection according to SOP and specifications.
• Record inspection results and report any non-conformance or quality issues.
