Job summary

Long Yuan New Energy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. – Butterworth, Penang is seeking a detail-oriented quality control inspector. Training will be provided for those without experience, with basic measuring tool knowledge welcomed to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires careful, responsible personnel who can follow established procedures and work overtime when required. Salary ranges from RM2,000 to RM2,500 per month, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in quality control preferred; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of using measuring tools is an advantage.
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow quality standards and work procedures.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.
• Operate quality inspection equipment and accurately record inspection results.
• Perform inspections according to established quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in identifying and handling quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to product quality.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
