Job summary

Innospec Sdn Bhd (A Subsidiary Of Kobay Technology Group) in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an IQC inspector to join our production quality team. You will perform incoming material inspections and hourly sampling to ensure products meet customer requirements, supporting the production line with accurate data and timely feedback.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to WI/SOP, and collaboration with engineers to identify defects and drive process improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience performing IQC in manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform hourly sampling inspection based on production output.
• Capable of conducting line walks to ensure adherence to WI/SOP.

Responsibilities

• Perform IQC inspection on incoming PCB, electrical and mechanical parts.
• Conduct hourly sampling inspections based on production quantity.
• Walk the production line to ensure compliance with WI/SOP.
• Provide feedback with production personnel and engineers on defects and improvements.
