Job summary

CS Dynamic Specialty Cable Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing plant. In this full-time role, you will implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet standards.

You will perform inspections, analyze data, and work with production to resolve issues, while training staff on procedures. The ideal candidate has engineering or science background and hands-on quality experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality control role.
• Solid understanding of quality management principles and tools.
• Experience with ISO9000 implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement quality control procedures across manufacturing processes.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to identify quality issues.
• Document and report quality data, trends and findings to management.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.

Quality Engineer

We are seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join CS Dynamic Specialty Cable Sdn Bhd at Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing comprehensive quality control measures across our manufacturing processes in our plant.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to ensure products meet all relevant standards and specifications
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
• Documenting and reporting on quality control data, trends and findings to management
• Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality problems, and implement corrective actions
• Providing training and guidance to quality inspectors and production staff on quality control procedures and requirements

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality control role
• Good understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques. Experience in ISO9000 implementation is preferred
• Teamwork spirit, self-discipline & self motivated
• Good leadership character with excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate quality records and data
