Job summary

SYNACTIC TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a highly detail-oriented QC Clerk to support quality control documentation, sample management, shipment inspection records and material receiving activities.

You will store samples, maintain control charts, verify orders, prepare reports, assist with FA sample documentation, and ensure timely completion of shipment paperwork while working closely with the QC team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in quality control, manufacturing documentation or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic documentation practices.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Store samples of tested materials and record test results for product stability studies.
• Store finished-product samples in labelled cartons or racks and maintain alphabetical index records.
• Maintain product stability study control charts.
• Verify customer orders and double-check the accuracy of quality control measures.
• Prepare outgoing and shipment inspection reports.
• Assist with FA sample documentation.
• Prepare ballooning drawings for shipment and QC inspector reference.
• Ensure shipment documentation is completed within the required deadline.
• Receive raw materials and parts.
• Prepare shipment labels.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior.
