Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform quality checks on final products, maintain records, and prepare daily samples for inspection. You will collaborate with machine operators, report defects promptly, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and SIRIM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or certificate in Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs, quality standards and documentation (e.g., SIRIM).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with operators and team members.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to identify quality issues accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on final products produced from the machine to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Report any defects, abnormalities, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and production SOPs at all times.
• Support ongoing improvements in production and quality processes when required.

Role Requirement

• Ability to understand and follow SOPs, quality standards, and documentation requirements (e.g., SIRIM).
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with operators and team members.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to identify quality issues accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Willing to work in a production floor environment and perform routine checks.
