Dura Technology Sdn Bhd, Chemor (Perak), is seeking a QC/Laboratory Assistant to support quality control for precast products. You will prepare reports, run lab tests, inspect outputs, and coordinate with site teams to ensure material quality and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have a Diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with willingness to work weekends. The role involves training junior staff and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Diploma holder with exposure to QC/production environments.
• Experience in precast or construction materials is a plus.
• Ability to document processes and ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain QC reports for cube, prism, and tensile tests.
• Prepare and submit official reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct trial mixes and assist in product development.
• Perform inspections on precast products.
• Record and monitor raw materials inventory and usage.
• Set up and run lab tests (e.g., flexural).
• Assist site works and provide technical support.
• Issue Delivery Orders for materials and equipment.
• Supervise and train team members in QC tasks.
• Manage daily QC operations and ensure safety/quality compliance.

Prepare and submit official reports.

Conduct trial mixes and assist in product development.

Perform inspections on precast products.

Record and monitor raw materials.

Set up and run lab tests (e.g., flexural).

Assist site works and provide technical support.

Issue Delivery Orders (DO) for materials and equipment.

Supervise and train team members.

Manage daily QC operations efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Perform any other assigned duties.

Ability to work under pressure.

Willingness to work unconventional hours during weekends.

Education

Diploma in any field or equivalent

1-2 years working experience in related field

Working days: Monday - Saturday
Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
