Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to support EPCC projects. The role focuses on developing and executing QA/QC plans, directing inspections, and maintaining comprehensive quality dossiers across large-scale engineering works.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years in QAQC for construction, strong paperwork skills, and proficient MS Office abilities. Based in Kulim, Kedah, the position requires independent work and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work at Kulim, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project quality control plan.
• Execute project quality control plan and inspection test plan.
• Organize inspection sessions with client and prepare the required documents for on-the-spot sign off.
• Prepare and maintain quality control statistics and quality report.
• Maintain proper quality control filing and documentations.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure all quality issues are closed.
• Compile and produce project quality control dossier.
• Manage and coordinate quality control personnel from various subcontractors.

We're Hiring Engineers for Large-Scale Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) Projects.

We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, or operation of Cleanroom Systems, Tool Hook-Up Systems, MEP Services, High and Low Voltage Electrical Systems, ACMV Systems, or Fire Protection Systems within Data Centre, EV Battery, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical & Hospitals, District Cooling & Heating, Photovoltaics, and Food & Beverage environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project quality control plan;
