Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated QAQC Cum Document Controller to join our façade construction team in Klang Valley and Ipoh Perak. You will manage QA/QC activities, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with project quality requirements on site.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in façade building construction, knowledge of QA/QC processes, and good analytical and communication skills. Own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of QA/QC and quality related processes in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day QA/QC inspections and quality issues in coordination with site engineers, subcontractors and consultants.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation quality to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Audit and maintain QA/QC processes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project QA/QC reports and records.
• Update QA/QC documents and ensure effectiveness of QA/QC implementation.
• Identify and address non-conformances with project team.

Our management teams come from transnational corporations with extensive experience in facade work at least 5 to 10 years.

We are seeking a dedicated QAQC Cum Document Controller to join our team in Klang Valley Area and Ipoh Perak. As a QAQC & Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintain QAQC and Quality related activities & inspections in the project to ensure compliance to Project Quality for construction projects.

Requirement:-

Working area in Klang Valley and Ipoh Perak.

Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in facade building construction.

Possess effective skill and knowledge in QA/QC within construction.

Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QA/QC) and risk management practices.

Familiarity in digitalization initiatives to enhance quality management processes.

Able to work independently and with tight schedule.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley Area.

Possess own transport.

Responsibilities:-
