Job summary

Beyondsoft seeks a Software Test/QA Tester in Subang Jaya to perform manual testing, write test cases, and report defects. The role focuses on ensuring software quality through systematic test execution and clear defect documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategies, document results, and support timely delivery. A Diploma/degree in CS/IT/SE and at least 1 year in QA are expected; Jira experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• At least 1 year of software testing or QA experience.
• Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans and test cases; produce test reports.
• Analyze software/hardware/firmware requirements for feasibility.
• Submit bug reports and track progress and outcomes.
• Ensure quality issues are identified, documented, and resolved.
• Perform manual functional and non-functional testing.
• Collaborate with teams to design testing strategy and verification.
