Job summary

Mynews Malaysia in Subang Jaya is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead the QA Assistant in handling routine QA/QC tasks across production, including checks on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.

The role focuses on sustaining hygiene and cleanliness in production, overseeing CCP recording, identifying food safety and quality issues, and reporting to a supervisor. Night shifts are required, and you will perform other related duties as assigned.

• Lead and guide QA Assistant for handling routine QA/QC tasks in production, including checking raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
• Monitor hygiene practices of workers in production.
• Monitor cleanliness in production.
• Monitor CCP recording activity in production.
• Identify any issue related to food safety and quality; control it, and report to superior.
• Able to work in night shift.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
