Job summary

SimpliSolar | LeveragEdge Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior QA/QC, HSE & Compliance professional to lead the quality, safety and regulatory activities across projects.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive ISO 9001/45001 programs, manage audits, and coordinate authority submissions with a focus on electrical works oversight. You will supervise the Executive, Regulatory & Compliance and guide risk monitoring, documentation control and continuous improvement to ensure project quality and safe

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience including QA/QC, HSE or compliance.
• Practical electrical works experience is essential.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and assess installation workmanship.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tracking tools.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists and records.
• Conduct site inspections of electrical installations for quality.
• Review inspection, testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Raise non-conformance reports and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate HSE activities across premises and project sites.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits.
• Prepare management reports on quality, HSE, compliance and actions.
