Job summary

China Railway Oversea Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a site supervisor with a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Structure to oversee construction activities in Sabah.

The role involves implementing QC procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of site supervision experience, be proactive with keen attention to detail, and flexible for long on-site hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture, structure or related field required.
• CIDB Competent Person of Supervisor preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction projects.
• Independent, proactive with high attention to detail and integrity.
• Willing to work long hours and on-site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Assist quality data and providing recommendations to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities.
• Provide briefing guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance.
• Follow up the defect schedule & NCR.
