Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Liaise with customers on quality issues and coordinate CAPA actions.
• Manage incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections and customer satisfaction.
• Lead QC team in daily tasks and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards and support external audits.
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformances and support management.
