Job summary

Talentvis is seeking a QA support role in Malaysia to maintain QA documentation, enter data, scan, file and keep records in order. You will manage sampling of incoming materials and ensure samples are labeled, stored and submitted for testing or evaluation.

The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a manufacturing environment, adhering to QHSE standards and procedures. Training will be provided on approved procedures.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in Science or Quality Management is required.
• Computer literacy with Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with QHSE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documentation, including data entry, scanning, filing, and record keeping.
• Perform incoming material sampling according to approved procedures.
• Label, store, and submit samples for testing or evaluation.
• Assist with heatset and return sample collection and disposal.
• Assist in the collection of calibration items.
• Perform other QA-related duties as assigned.
