Job summary

SD Guthrie International is seeking a Laboratory, Quality Assistant and Field Support to join in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves conducting laboratory tests, quality checks, and field data collection for product trials and pest monitoring.

You will support safety protocols, maintain accurate records, and assist in quality audits and special projects. A Diploma or equivalent in science or agriculture is preferred, with basic chemical handling knowledge and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma in Agriculture, Science, or related field.
• Training in lab practices or QA/QC procedures is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of chemical handling, weighing, and testing.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and test formulations of rodenticides using standard procedures.
• Conduct QC inspections on finished rat bait products to ensure specifications.
• Carry out routine pest monitoring in stored grain environments; report findings.
