Job summary

CSC Screen Process Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a quality inspector to plan, organise and execute finished goods quality inspection to meet quality requirements. You will prepare specimens, run tests, ensure sample traceability, and monitor test data to support timely project delivery.

Responsibilities emphasize handling of instruments, readiness of printing materials, and generating reports on findings and performance metrics for QA/D&D applications, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Finished goods quality inspection to meet product quality requirements.
• Prepare specimens and execute tests according to required test methods.
• Compile and organise samples with labelling during retention period; ensure traceability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute finished goods quality inspection to ensure all finished good products meet quality requirements.
• Prepare specimen and execute test according to required test method.
• Compile and organise all samples with labelling during the retention period and ensure traceability of samples.
• Ensure instruments are well handled and operated appropriately.
• Ensure materials required for printing application are available and sufficient.
• Prepare and print samples for QA/D&D/Application specialist/customer.
• Monitor, analyse and report findings, data, and performance test results.
• Ensure assigned projects are completed within timeframe.
