Job summary

Armstrong Technology Sdn Bhd 力达科技有限公司 in Malaysia seeks a QA/QC professional to support new project development, QA compliance, and environmental substance oversight. The role involves APQP/PPAP activities, inspection planning, and ensuring documentation alignment with customer requirements.

The successful candidate will perform First Article inspections, ISIR, and PPAP preparation, monitor RoHS/REACH compliance, and contribute to LEAN/6S initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager in new project/part development and environmental substance compliance.
• Participate in APQP and project development activities with the project team.
• Conduct First Article (FA) Inspection, ISIR, PPAP preparation per customer requirements.
• Prepare PPAP documentation such as Inspection Agreement and Part Inspection Standard.
• Monitor RoHS, REACH, PAHs, N2580 and similar environmental compliance requirements.
• Prepare and align Inspection Instructions with customer and product requirements.
• Participate in QESH internal audits and process/product audits as scheduled.
• Ensure controlled documents are properly duplicated, stored, and retrievable.
• Identify root causes of defects and propose corrective actions.
• Register and calibrate inspection measuring equipment/tools as scheduled.
• Lead Material Review Board and Quality Improvement meetings for corrective/preventive actions.
• Participate in LEAN and 6S activities.
