What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute software testing strategies as guided by project managers or team leads.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and make informed decisions on testing tools and practices.
• Oversee testing scopes, schedules, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
• Involved in deployment and post-implementation validation testing.
• Continuously improving testing processes, techniques, and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, consulting partners, and regional teams.
• Stay up to date with testing trends and best practices, and help implement them across projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automated testing (more experience will be considered for senior roles).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience testing across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with financial products and markets.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the financial sector, especially private equity, is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
