Qualifications

  • Possess Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Accounting or a related field.
  • Computer experience in Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing / obtain quotation and negotiate with supplier for the best price & terms.
  • Generate and process new sales leads.
  • Handle customer emails and phone calls, resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize and present sales information clearly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sourcing / obtain quotation and negotiate with supplier for best price & terms.
  • Generate and process new sales leads.
  • Handle customer emails, phone calls and resolve issues promptly.
  • Organize and present sales information in clear formats.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and provide required data or reports to the sales team.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and report them accordingly.
  • Support product sourcing and prepare three quote system.
  • Any other task assigned by the superior.
What We’re Looking For
  • Possess Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Accounting or a related field.
  • Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor.
