Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to oversee daily operational purchasing and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires handling PO schedules, updating equipment rental records, and managing transportation between sites and vendors.

Applicants with 1–5 years of related experience or fresh graduates are welcomed; knowledge of Autocount and construction industry is a plus. Strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant purchasing and procurement experience or fresh graduates welcomed.
• Knowledge of Autocount accounting software is an advantage.
• Construction industry knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• In charge of daily operational purchasing.
• Resolve supply, quantity, service and invoicing issue with vendors.
• Issuing and follow up on Purchasing Order (PO) delivery schedule.
• Update record for machinery rental & etc.
• To manage transportation, coordinate between site & transporter, ensure goods are deliver to site on a timely basis.
• Ensure the proper management of procurement department operations in the absence of the Head of Department.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
