The successful candidates will assist in equipment purchasing and procurement-related administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and following up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely equipment purchasing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
  • Support vendor communications and negotiations under the guidance of senior procurement staff.
  • Perform basic data entry and reporting for procurement tracking.
  • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and documentation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience, preferably in procurement, administration, or supply chain functions.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) – essential for internal and external communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication, follow-up, and interpersonal abilities.
