The successful candidates will assist in equipment purchasing and procurement-related administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in supply chain or procurement operations with a focus on accuracy, communication, and process coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and following up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely equipment purchasing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
- Support vendor communications and negotiations under the guidance of senior procurement staff.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting for procurement tracking.
- Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience, preferably in procurement, administration, or supply chain functions.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) – essential for internal and external communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication, follow-up, and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of equipment purchasing or procurement processes is a plus.
