Qualifications

• Malaysian Certificate of Education or its equivalent.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in raising the necessary documents.
• Maintain an organized filing system to track purchasing documents.
• Prepare purchase orders for approval and match with invoices/receiving notes.
• Liaise with Store supervisor to verify discrepancies in delivery orders and invoices.
• Assist Store supervisor during stock-take.
• Coordinate delivery of products ordered with Pharmacy Manager.
• Prepare monthly reports on purchases summary.
• Monitor consumption of pharmaceuticals and maintain adequate stock.
• Inform vendors on delivery status for urgent items.
• Keep store room clean and items properly stored.

Job description

Assist the Pharmacy Manager in establishing proper recording and filling system.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in raising the necessary documents.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in maintaining an organized filing system so as to keep track of all the purchasing documents.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in preparing the purchase orders for approval, matching the purchase orders with the invoices/delivery orders and goods received notes.
• Liaise with the Store supervisor to verify any discrepancy in the Delivery Orders and Invoices.
• Assist the Store supervisor during stock-take.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating the delivery of products ordered.
• Prepare monthly reports on the summary of purchases.
• Monitor the consumption of pharmaceuticals and consumables in the facility and to maintain adequate stock in the department.
• Inform vendor/supplier on delivery status for urgently required items.
• Ensure the store room is clean at all times and items are arranged accordingly and stored well.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Pharmacy Manager from time to time.

Education and Requirements
