Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on policies, regulations, programmes and international best practices, including literature reviews.
• Assist in designing and administering surveys, interviews or focus groups with public sector stakeholders and consolidating the findings.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in public service delivery.
• Contribute to development of reports and client-facing materials with clear communication.
• Prepare for and document workshops, consultations and meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Support proposals and background research for new consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Participate in learning and knowledge management initiatives related to public policy analysis and reform.
