• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on policies, regulations, programmes and international best practices, including literature reviews, benchmarking and basic data analysis.
• Assist in designing and administering surveys, interviews or focus groups with public sector stakeholders and consolidating the findings.
• Analyse datasets (e.g. administrative data, survey results, performance indicators) to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement in public service delivery.
• Contribute to the development of reports, slide decks, briefing notes and other client-facing materials, ensuring clear, concise and well-structured communication.
• Help prepare for and document workshops, consultations and meetings, including drafting agendas, materials, minutes and follow‑up action items.
• Support the preparation of proposals, concept notes and background research for new public sector consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and, where relevant, external partners to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality project outputs.
• Participate in internal learning, knowledge management and process improvement initiatives related to public policy analysis and public sector reform.

Duration: 3 months, October intake

Qualifications
