Zurich is seeking a proposition support role to assist in developing our proposition strategy across policy, product, communications, platform, service, target market and distribution. The role reappraises existing propositions to stay competitive.

The position involves maintaining the product portfolio, ensuring regulatory and market changes are reflected, and driving propositions with a customer-centric approach while aligning with brand values and regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of Product Line - Proficiency Level 2.
• Product Design & Development - Proficiency Level 2.
• Develop Components of Propositions - Proficiency Level 1.
• Proposition Management - Proficiency Level 1.
• Insurance Finance & Actuarial Concepts - Proficiency Level 1.
• Customer Service - Proficiency Level 2.
• Effective Communication - Proficiency Level 1.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the portfolio of existing products updating them in response to regulatory and technical market changes.
• May lead small to medium sized product developments or projects and own and resolve issues on development.
• Develops and maintains propositions with a customer focus, aligned to brand values.
• Coordinates training to ensure aspects are communicated and tested.
• Works with promotion teams to evaluate feedback from events and workshops and make recommendations.
• Determines initiatives to maintain or grow profitable market share for propositions.
• Exhibits strong business knowledge of products, systems and processes and regulatory environment.
