Job summary

Upright Talent is seeking a costings and proposals professional in Malaysia to prepare costing, quotations, and commercial proposals. You will liaise with factories and suppliers, coordinate with Product and Project teams, and prepare tender submissions.

This role offers exposure to global projects within a multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will manage multiple quotations, handle clarifications, and maintain records while enjoying a balanced lifestyle with a 5-day work week and

• Experience in proposal, tendering or costing
• Experience in electrification and projects
• Good understanding of commercial costing and quotations
• Able to manage multiple quotations and tenders

Responsibilities

• Prepare costing, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Obtain pricing and lead times from factories and suppliers.
• Coordinate technical details with the Product Team.
• Coordinate I&C scope and costing with the Project Team.
• Prepare tender submissions and supporting documents.
• Handle tender clarifications and quotation revisions.
• Maintain costing, quotation and tender records.
• Coordinate handover after order award.
