Job summary

IPGMY (KL) SDN. BHD. is looking for a dedicated Property Sales Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to promote property projects, understand client needs and recommend suitable options.

You will conduct project presentations, viewings and professional sales consultations to guide buyers toward booking and loan coordination. As a target-driven professional, you will build lasting relationships with buyers, attend launches and events, and strive for both individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Property or sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automotive sales, luxury retail or customer service is an advantage.
• High earning potential: commission-based income with no ceiling.
• Full property sales training support.
• Overseas incentive trips for strong performers.
• Opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Promote property projects to clients
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct project presentations, property viewings and professional sales consultations
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers

• Keep up to date with project details, pricing, promotions and property market trends
