Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a graphic designer to support the Marketing Manager in creating marketing materials for property projects and branding initiatives.

You will design layouts, edit videos, and prepare print-ready files while coordinating with printers and vendors to ensure quality output. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome with training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in property development or construction.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail with good sense of layout, typography, and visual balance.
• Able to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative, responsible, and able to work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver quality designs.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are required, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in designing and producing marketing materials for campaigns.
• Develop visual layouts and artwork for property project marketing and corporate branding.
• Create and edit video content for property projects, social media, advertisements, and marketing purposes.
• Prepare design files for printing, ensuring accuracy in size, colour, and layout specifications.
• Coordinate with printers, advertising vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and archive of all artwork, design drafts, and approved materials.
• Ensure all design works comply with the company's branding guidelines and project identity standards.
