Job summary

LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create marketing materials, visuals for reports, and signage for events. You will translate complex project concepts into compelling visuals, supporting brand consistency across websites and campaigns.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, stay updated on design trends, manage multiple projects, and help elevate our brand presence in a fast-paced real estate environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or related industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of photography and video tools is a plus.

• Develop high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital content.
• Create compelling visuals for presentations and reports that convey project concepts and development progress.
• Design signage and promotional materials for events, exhibitions, and launches.

2. Brand Management:

• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence through innovative design solutions.
• Design and optimize graphics for websites, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring they're visually appealing and effective in reaching target audiences.
• Create infographics and visual content that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Work closely with sales and marketing team to understand design concepts and translate them into visual formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

5. Market Research:

• Stay updated on design trends and technologies, as well as competitor activities, to inform design strategies and keep our visuals relevant and engaging.

6. Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure design expectations are understood and met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

• Basic knowledge in photography, videography, drone piloting, and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in marketing and branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and sustainability practices is a plus.
