Qualifications

• Strong digital and social media sense with the ability to shoot and edit short-form videos independently.
• Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva) and comfort utilizing AI tools for content creation.
• Creative, proactive, fast-moving, and willing to experiment with new content formats.
• Bonus: Prior experience in real estate marketing is an advantage, but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Creation: Develop creative marketing ideas, project IP, and personal/agent branding content for property launches.
• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook & YouTube Shorts).
• Copywriting & Scheduling: Write hooks, scripts, and captions while maintaining project content calendars.
• Trend & AI Integration: Turn current social trends into property content and leverage AI tools to optimize production.
• Campaign Support & Analytics: Work with Project & Sales teams on marketing campaigns and track performance metrics to boost engagement and leads.
