Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in implementing and coordinating projects at site. You will supervise daily site activities, monitor progress, and provide timely technical support to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Candidates should have a Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 2–3 years of site supervision or project coordination experience, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Possess a Vocational Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in site supervision, engineering, or project coordination.
• Experience in Fire Protection Services (FPS) and ACMV will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the implementation and coordination of projects at site.
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including manpower and work progress.
• Monitor site operations and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements and schedules.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving technical or operational issues at site.
• Keep the Project Manager informed of project progress, site issues, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, including daily site reports, work progress, site issues, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Carry out assigned duties independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Perform ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Project Manager or Directors to support continuous work-process improvement.
