A project management company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee project schedules from pre-development to completion. The role involves developing project timelines, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should excel in risk assessment and reporting, ensuring that all project milestones are met without delays. This position is crucial for maintaining project efficiency and effectiveness, inviting candidates with relevant experience to apply.
Develop and manage the master project schedule from pre-development to completion.
Prepare detailed project timelines, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions when delays occur.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to obtain accurate schedule inputs.
Conduct feasibility studies including site analysis, development potential, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
Assist in preparing development proposals, project budgets, and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, planning guidelines, and statutory requirements
Coordinate submission and follow-up with authorities (MPKJ, MBPJ, DBKL, BOMBA, JKR, etc.) to secure necessary approvals.
Track and monitor approval timelines to avoid project delays.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Update management on high-risk items and propose alternative solutions
Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports for management.
Review contractor and consultant progress reports for accuracy and compliance.
