Siemens Energy in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager for the Gas Services team to lead long-term turbine and generator projects and open market initiatives. You will act as the primary client contact, manage resources, and coordinate outages to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with rigorous quality standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience in project management for power generation business or rotating equipment.
• Good analytical, decision making and communication skills.
• Working experience in rotating equipment management in Oil and Gas Upstream / Downstream, Petrochemical or Power Generation industry is an advantage.
• Distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills.
• Proficient in MS Office. Experience in using project management tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success.
• Act as the customer’s single point of contact for management of the LTPs. Monitor and drive improvement of KPIs.
• Identify and acquire appropriate resources needed, ensure resources are provided to the project.
• Lead project teams, provide directions and make sound business judgement.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to plan, schedule and execute outages, including management of part deliveries, upsell opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain documentation according to our quality management process.
• Build, grow and maintain strong customer relationship.
