Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years in data analytics/AI automation or 2–3 years direct PM experience in IT services/data analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you'll be the orchestrator driving our data solution delivery from conception to completion. You'll lead cross-functional teams through complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure our innovative data solutions are delivered on time and within the agreed scope. Your strategic oversight and leadership will be instrumental in transforming how mid-size to enterprise clients leverage the power of data. Responsibilities

• Scope Definition & Task Breakdown: Work within contracted project scope and further divide it into detailed tasks and milestones to ensure clear deliverables and realistic timelines.
• Project Planning & Execution: Create comprehensive project plans with defined tasks, timelines, and dependencies; coordinate execution and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage project teams consisting of data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and other technical personnel; facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication of tasks and expectations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; communicate project progress, updates, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project expenditures closely and proactively inform stakeholders and leadership when additional costs are anticipated or incurred beyond the agreed contract scope.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track within scope.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: Monitor project quality standards and ensure deliverables meet client specifications and company standards before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement: Document project learnings, identify process improvements, and contribute to enhancing project management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, AI automation, or related technical roles (demonstrating readiness to transition into project management).
• OR 2-3 years of direct project management experience in IT services, data analytics, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in project planning and organization methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of data analytics, data engineering, AI automation, or related technical domains from hands-on experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and quickly understand their capabilities and constraints.

Bonus Qualifications

• Professional project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Experience managing data analytics, data engineering, or AI automation projects.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data technology stacks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their project implications.
• Experience in the brand, retail, data, AI and IT services industry.
