Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to lead exhibitions from ideation to execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners such as government agencies and industry bodies.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensure standards of excellence, and adapt plans to meet milestones. A degree in Project Management or related field and 3-5 years' experience are preferred.

• Manage key relationships with external partners like government agencies, industry bodies, sponsors, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Oversee project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure financial and operational success.
• Maintain and adjust project timelines to meet key milestones.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all aspects of the exhibition meet or exceed standards of excellence.
