Job summary

ZStack Malaysia is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee large-scale overseas IT and cloud integration projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate resources, monitor progress, quality, and risk to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong cross-team collaboration, superb communication in Chinese and English, and willingness to travel overseas for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in IT/cloud integration project management.
• Strong communication in Chinese and English, able to interface with overseas clients and domestic teams.
• Familiar with end-to-end project management, including progress, risk, cost and quality controls.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and problem-solving abilities; willing to travel overseas for on-site work.
• PMP/ACP certifications are preferred; experience in cloud/IDC/government projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full life cycle delivery management of large-scale overseas projects, including plan formulation, resource coordination, progress/quality/risk control.
• Undertake the delivery of major company projects, interfacing with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Align with the domestic project management system, unify processes, standards, templates and reporting, promoting convergence of PM practices.
• Be responsible for key project node reporting, problem closure and improvement to enhance delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more of experience in IT / cloud computing / integration project management. Experience in delivering large-scale projects is preferred.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently communicating with overseas clients and domestic teams.
• Familiar with the entire project management process, and proficient in methods for controlling progress, risks, costs, and quality.
• Strong cross-team coordination and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to overseas business trips and on-site project work.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or ACP is preferred. Experience in cloud computing / IDC / government and enterprise projects is preferred.
