Job summary

ProSapiens HR in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Project Manager (5–7 years) to lead telecom/IT initiatives. You must have strong stakeholder and executive-level communication, fluency in English and Japanese, and PMP or PRINCE2 certification (JLPT N1/N2 or native level is required).

This is a 5 days on-site role. Responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects; managing scope, timeline and budgets; coordinating internal and third‑party teams; and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong stakeholder and senior-level communication skills.
• Experience in Network Systems Integration, Cloud Solutions, UC&C, Contact Center or IoT solutions is preferred.
• Good understanding of the Telecom and IT industries.
• Japanese language proficiency is mandatory – JLPT N1/N2 or Native level.
• Fluent in Japanese and English – verbal & written.
• PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory – either one required.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual/matrix team environment.
• Strong project planning, execution, risk, cost, quality and stakeholder management skills.
