Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and understanding of software engineering and Agile methods.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• 3+ years PM or R&D management experience in IT, internet, finance or payments.
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination, problem solving and adaptability to different environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex transnational projects, establish PM procedures and plans, lead the project team to achieve goals efficiently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress, coordinate resources, and maintain cooperation with external parties; identify risks and develop solutions to avoid delays and overruns.
• Regularly analyze project status and submit reports to relevant parties with accurate information.
• Establish and maintain the project team knowledge base; collect best practices, upgrade processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex transnational projects, establish project management procedure and project plan, lead the project team to achieve goals efficiently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress, coordination project resources, and maintain good cooperation with external parties. Identify risks and problems timely and develop solutions to avoid delays and overbudget.
• Regularly analyze project status and submit project reports to relevant parties, ensure the information is accurate and complete.
• Establish and maintenance the project team knowledge base, collect the best practices of project, upgrade process and standards.

Qualifications

• Good project management skills, good understanding and practice of software engineering and agile project management.
• Excellent communication skill in English (verbal & written).
• More than 3 years working experience of PM or R&D management in IT industry, internet, finance or third-party payment work experience is preferred.
• Familiar with supplier management, be able to complete the project with multi suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, good at coordination and problem solving, able to adapt to different working environments.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, willing to challenge and constantly improve.
