Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare construction plans, resource requirements, TMP, and pre-construction documents. Attend pre-commencement meetings and ensure timely submissions to consultants and authorities.
  
  
  

Resource & Material Management

• Coordinate subcontractor appointments and material procurement to ensure readiness before work starts, based on BOQ and project timelines.
  
  
  

Site Execution & Quality Control

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved work programs, QA/QC standards, BOQ limits, and method statements. Maintain all records for certification.
  
  
  

HSSE Compliance

• Ensure site team conducts toolbox meetings, machinery checks, TMP assessments, and registers safety observations to meet all HSE requirements.
  
  
  

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress, submit weekly reports, manage documentation timelines, and maintain positive client relationships to achieve high satisfaction scores.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent fields.
• A total of 4 to 6 years in Road & Highway Construction Industry.
• Well equipped with pavement construction methodology and associated testing acceptance criteria.
