WIN WIN M&E Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise air conditioning and M&E installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair projects in Malaysia. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and client specs while applying engineering standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/M&E experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of air conditioning and mechanical (M&E) installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair projects. The role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Plan, organise, and coordinate air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair projects
Prepare work schedules, manpower allocation, and project timelines
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare required technical documents such as lifting plans and method of statement
Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
Provide technical support for HVAC systems and review technical drawings and specifications
Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate mechanical solutions
Supervise technicians and contractors during installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning works
Ensure work is carried out according to engineering standards, company procedures, and client specifications
Diagnose mechanical and HVAC system faults and develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or M&E services
Good knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and mechanical equipment
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and project management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or equivalent engineering software
Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to project sites
Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage
