Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Engineer to manage new product projects from development to production in Johor. Qualifications

Project Engineer (Fresh Grad / Up to RM5k / Manufacturing)

Working Days/Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Job Responsibilities

• Drive new product projects from development through to mass production.
• Plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes and production line layouts.
• Develop and maintain key process documents, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Identify and resolve product issues through troubleshooting and failure analysis to ensure quality.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and technical deliverables to internal teams and customers.
• Lead project builds and oversee resolution of issues until successful project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledgeable in Box Build Assembly and manufacturing process improvement.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
