Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer (Water Treatment Systems) to plan, coordinate, and execute project activities. You will interpret P&ID drawings and prepare electrical schematics, BOM, and associated documentation for procurement and execution.

Collaboration with clients and consultants will be essential to resolve technical issues and ensure successful commissioning. Fresh graduates are welcome as the company provides training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities.
• Interpret P&ID drawings of the water treatment systems.
• Prepare project documentation, including electrical schematic diagram, motor load list, instrument load list, cable schedule and single line diagram.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement purposes.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve technical and engineering issues.
• Conduct testing and commissioning activities upon project completion.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
