Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates, cash flow projections, and budgets for construction projects.
• Conducting site measurements and quantity takeoffs to support project costing and planning.
• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier contracts to ensure best value.
• Monitoring project costs and expenditures to identify and address variances.
• Providing regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
• Assisting with the preparation of tender submissions and contract documentation.
• Collaborating with the project team to resolve technical and commercial issues.
