Symphony Engineering Sdn Bhd in Melaka seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to manage scheduling, scope communication, and plan reviews for timely delivery in a semiconductor automation context.

The role requires English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel. Fresh graduates are encouraged; training will be provided, with occasional extra hours and weekend support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent.
• Knowledge and skills for project management is adding advantages.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of writing in Chinese will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy and excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Willing to work in Melaka and travel to customer site (oversea/local) when required.
• Willing to work extra hours and support on weekend or public holiday if required.
• Display strong leadership within the team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Trainings will be provided.

Responsabilités

Symphony Automation an automation maker company established under the collaboration of Symphony Engineering Malaysia and Nortech Automation China. Both companies had been established for more than 10 years in semiconductor market. We are one of the market leading providers for affordable and reliable high speed test handlers. We also provide other customized automation solutions to customers around South East Asia.

Job Description:

1. Receive and schedule projects, addressing potential risks.
2. Communicate project details and scope to teams and customer.
