Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Malaysia is looking for a qualified individual to assist in preparing drawings and documents for design, submission, tender, and construction projects. Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in mixed development or high-rise development, along with a bachelor's degree in architecture compliant with LAM Part I. A master's degree or passing LAM Part II accreditation is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction costs and time frames.
• Minimum 4-8 years experience in Mixed Development / Highrise development.
• Graduate with a bachelor degree in architecture that complies with the LAM Part I.
• Master’s degree in architecture or pass the accreditation exams for LAM Part II.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing drawings and other documents in design, submission, tender and construction.
• Assist in design and project implementation.
• Carry out duties as instructed by the Management.
• Carry out duties according to office standards and procedures.
