Job summary

YTL Construction is seeking a Project Architect to lead architectural design planning and oversee implementation across construction stages, ensuring compliance with local building codes. You will design, check and coordinate architectural works, supervise junior staff and liaison with clients and authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, 5+ years in design for infrastructure or hotels/data centres, and strong AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in architectural design and layout for infrastructure or buildings such as hotels, data centres.
At least 2 years of consultancy experience.

Responsibilities

Design, check and calculate architectural matters.
Supervise Graduate Architect and assist senior team members with designs and computations.
Prepare specifications, proposals and related documentation under supervision.
Submit high-quality work including routine letters, reports, and presentations within the agreed timeframe.
Coordinate site coordination, review and inspection of construction works.
Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities as needed.
Ensure BIM inputs/outputs are accurate for quantity verification.
Ensure building design complies with local authority requirements and CCC timelines.
