Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking aProgram Management Analyst to lead technical, administrative and operational aspects of projects under program manager and customer guidelines in Penang.

You will define, generate and review project requirements, coordinate with resource managers, and train analysts under supervision. The role demands independent, proactive teamwork and willingness to take on additional duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or above or non engineering field.
• 2-6 years’ industrial experience or above in program management.
• Good knowledge of Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.
• Basic equipment operation and maintenance.
• Help build and maintain effective teams.
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.

Responsibilities
